With MTV’s Jersey Shore over, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jenni “JWoww” Farley are looking at what their time on the reality show has taught them.
“It’s made me grow up and just be who I am,” said Polizzi. “And don’t care what anybody thinks about you and just enjoy your life.”
“Family doesn’t have to be blood either,” added Farley. “You can make your own family.”
The cast bid farewell to Seaside Heights on Thursday’s appropriately titled series finale, “The Icing on the Cake.”
The cake was from Paula for Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s birthday. But after eating it, The Situation found that the cake may have been compromised by a man’s private parts. After finding out, Sorrentino called her up but when she wasn’t responding, he smashed the duck phone.
The cast also had a bonfire on the beach and spent their final night in the house in the hot tub reminiscing about the times they had in the three years since Shore premiered. They even brought up the punch heard round the world – when a man at the bar hit Snooki.
“This changed all our lives,” Farley said on the episode.
