First Dog Bo Obama took center stage as Michelle Obama was about to read Christmas stories at a local children’s hospital.
In the video below, Obama sits down with her book in hand, but before she can start reading, Bo, a medium-sized black Portuguese water dog plopped himself on her lap

“This is exactly what he does at home,” Obama said as everyone laughed. “He tries to beat Malia and Sasha to my lap.”
