The “Applause” singer headed out in London to grab some grub at a fish and chips joint called Sea Shell of Lisson Grove while wearing, well, a sea shell in her hair.

The fashion risk-taker left her shirt at home and donned a pink lacy bra under some baggy vinyl overalls. She rounded out the ensemble by toting a sippy cup.
