HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Paris Hilton wasted little time creating a buzz after her recent split with Doug Reinhardt.
Less than 24 hours after the couple’s breakup last week, the heiress was spotted getting cozy with soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo at a Los Angeles party.
“He’s a very nice guy — and an incredible athlete,” the 28-year-old Hilton tells London’s Daily Mirror of the Manchester United star.
The former “Simple Life” star was quick to deny that she sought out Ronaldo, 24, during his trip to California, saying “that never happened.” She also shot down claims that they are dating.
“We’re getting to know each other and I have to leave it at that,” she said. “Cristiano and I are good friends. Very good friends.”
Hilton, who split with rocker Benji Madden last November, had been dating Reinhardt since February.
