HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Just two days before his tragic death, Michael Jackson was shining on stage in the same manner that his fans long knew him for.
In a video obtained by CNN, the legendary King of Pop shows plenty of energy as he rehearses at the Staples Center in Los Angeles for his planned 50-date comeback concert run at London’s O2 Arena.
The June 23 rehearsal video features Jackson dancing on stage with a group of dancers as he performs the song “They Don’t Care About Us,” off his 1995 album, “HIStory.”
The 50-year-old Jackson was pronounced dead a week ago today after suffering an apparent cardiac arrest.
