HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Nicolas Cage is feeling the heat from the IRS again.
The 45-year-old actor has been ordered to pay $6,257,005 in overdue taxes, according to published reports.
IRS officials claim Cage failed to pay the 2007 federal income tax on both his $3.55 million mansion in New Orleans and his $35 million pad in Hollywood.
Cage currently has his New Orleans property on the market.
Last September, the Academy Award-winner was ordered to fork over $660,000 worth of back taxes and penalties after allegations of improperly deducting personal expenses.
Cage has yet to comment on the latest allegations.
