It’s called ZE, and the show is about a FTM teenager, his dysfunctional family and his Texas town scandalized by his identity.
The show is being written by Kyle Jarrow and produced by Michael London, it’s described as a “raw, quirky family drama.” The title is a reference to the gender-neutral pronoun ze. If it makes it onto television, this would be the first show with a transgender main character.
