Mark Harmon has opened up about Cote de Pablo‘s shocking exit from NCIS.
During an appearance on The Arsenio Hall Show Thursday night, Harmon said Ziva’s departure is no different from any of the other numerous “changes” the show has seen over its 11-season run. “It’s up to this highly professional group to use that as a springboard to get better, to improve and to stay No. 1,” Harmon said.
