HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Anna Paquin may be headed for the altar, but the “True Blood” star isn’t pregnant as the tabloids have suggested.
A rep for Paquin shot down the pregnancy rumors on Friday, telling Us Weekly that the circulating reports are not accurate.
Several gossip sites began speculating that the 27-year-old actress was pregnant after she hit the town earlier this week in a loose-fitting dress.
While she won’t be hitting the delivery room just yet, Paquin is getting married soon to her “True Blood” co-star Stephen Moyer. The pair announced their engagement earlier this month, but have yet to set a wedding date.
Paquin and the 39-year-old Moyer first confirmed that they were dating in February. With the amount of nude scenes that the pair share together on-screen, it’s no wonder that a romance was sparked on the hit HBO series.
“Obviously, if you’re already with that person then you’re not having to sort of get over the ‘Wow, I’m naked with someone that I don’t even know the middle name of!’ ” Paquin previously told People of the couple’s steamy work together.
