Sorry boys, Nina Dobrev‘s single window has closed once again.
Sources tell E! News that the Vampire Diaries star is now dating Derek Hough after meeting the Dancing With the Stars pro through BFF — and Hough’s little sister — Julianne Hough. The website reports that the duo started seeing each other in August and have become “somewhat serious.”
Obviously, Dobrev has been quite proud of her alleged new beau’s recent Emmy win, gushing on her Instagram:

Dobrev spoke about her love life in Cosmopolitan‘s September issue, saying, “You either have chemistry or you don’t, but a lot of what attracts me is a guy’s mind and humor and talent. I need to get to know all those things before I fall for someone. I’m not a one-night-stand kind of girl. I’m a relationship girl.”
Previously, the actress has been linked to her Vampire Diaries co-star Ian Somerhalder. The couple split in May after one-and-a-half years of dating.
