Mandy Moore says she is considering a major change.
The actress recently told People she’s been thinking about getting a drastic hairstyle makeover. “I’ve always wanted to really cut my hair, like, super, super short. I did once,” Moore said. “I’ve always thought about shaving my head too. That’s always intrigued me.”
