LOS ANGELES — The stars stepped out Sunday for the 2009 Environmental Media Awards held on the backlot at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles.
The annual event is the only program singularly devoted to celebrating the entertainment industry’s creative environmental efforts. The EMA Awards honor productions, film and television personalities, musicians and musical tours that convey environmental messages in the most creative and influential ways.
Honorees at this year’s 20th annual ceremony included singer Jason Mraz and Virgin Group chairman Sir Richard Branson.
Among the stars attending the 2009 event were Amy Smart, Alanis Morrisette, Andrea Bowen, Cedric the Entertainer, Dana Delany, Ginnifer Goodwin, Harrison Ford, Natasha Henstridge and Olivia Wilde.
