NEW YORK — Having experienced his own affair scandal earlier this year, David Letterman can certainly relate to embattled golfer Tiger Woods.
“Boy, it looks like that Tiger Woods is having some trouble, huh?” said the 62-year-old host on Monday’s Late Show.
Letterman, who revealed that he was the victim of a $2 million extortion plot centered around his infidelity during an Oct. 1 broadcast, also offered up the “Top 10 Ways Tiger Woods Can Improve His Image,” with a little help from Oscar winner Tom Hanks.
“Maybe I’ll learn a little something her myself to improve my image,” quipped Letterman.
