HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Rihanna debuted the music video for her new single “Hard” on Thursday, a production that will likely satisfy her male admirers.
Keeping with the sex-charged theme of her new album, Rated R, the video features Rihanna dressed in a revealing military outfit. At one point, the 21-year-old singer sheds her green fatigue shirt, revealing only black tape covering her breasts.
“It’s couture military,” Rihanna told MTV News of the video shoot. “Everything is surrounded around the idea of something military. We have tanks, we have troops, we’ve got helicopters, we’ve got explosions. We’ve got lots of cute outfits, lots of bullets. It’s crazy.”
