HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — It’s going to be an exciting 2010 for singer Keyshia Cole and her boyfriend, NBA star Daniel Gibson.
Cole, 28, has revealed that she is pregnant and now engaged to Gibson, 23, a fourth-year player who stars for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
“I can confirm she is engaged and has an incredible ring,” Cole’s rep told Us Weekly.
The former University of Texas basketball star scored with a surprise proposal on New Year’s Eve.
“When he asked her to marry him, she was flabbergasted,” Cole’s rep told the magazine. “He presented her with the ring and her mouth dropped in amazement. It’s too beautiful for words.”
No other details about Cole’s due date or the couple’s wedding plans were revealed.
The “Let it Go” singer is expected to drop her fourth studio album this summer.
