HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon has filed for divorce from her husband, agent Mike Nilon, after nearly nine years of marriage.
According to E! Online, the 43-year-old actress filed her divorce papers on May 10, almost a month after she accused her hubby of cheating in a blistering email she fired off to his colleagues at Creative Artists Agency.
Beauvais-Nilon is reportedly seeking joint custody of the couple’s 2-year-old twin sons, Jax Joseph and Jaid Thomas.
In April, the New York Post broke the news about Beauvais-Nilon sending an email with the subject line "Tiger Woods/Jesse James/Mike Nilon" that read: "What do they have in common… I found out today that MY husband of almost nine years has been having an affair for five years with some slut in Chicago. I am devastated!!!! And I have been duped!! Our boys don’t deserve this!"
Beauvais-Nilon, who also has an adult son from her previous marriage to Daniel Saunders, refused to apologize when E! asked about the now infamous email.
"I was angry…and no, I don’t regret it," said the former NYPD Blue star.
