Lady Gaga made Saturday night’s “A Decade of Difference: A Concert Celebrating 10 Years of the William J. Clinton Foundation” especially memorable for birthday boy Bill Clinton — by giving him a “Marilyn Monroe moment.”

The celebration at Hollywood Bowl was also a celebration of Bill’s 65th birthday and Lady Gaga sang special versions of “Bad Romance” and “You and I” as “Bill Romance” and “Bill and I.”
“Well, I’m having my first real Marilyn moment,” Lady Gaga joked after her opening song at the concert (via Time). “I always wanted to have one, and I was hoping that it didn’t involve an accident with some pills and a strand of pearls, so here we are.”
Before singing “Bill and I,” Lady Gaga shocked the audience when she flipped her middle finger singing, “If someone had told me so many years ago that I’d be doing that right in front of you I just would not believe. I would have given a good American f*** you.”

But it didn’t seem to stop Bill from enjoying the song dedicated to him!
“It’s been 12 years since you came around. It’s been a long time but you’re back in town,” she sang. “This time I’m not leaving without you. So Hillary and Bill, sit back down where you belong in the oval office with those high heels on, sit back down on the couch where we watched you charm the whole world and the country.”
So what did Bill think of Lady Gaga’s performance?
“I thought, ‘My God, I get Lady Gaga, and I will have a heart attack celebrating my 65th birthday.’ ”
