If you had to guess what LA Clippers stars Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan, Seth Green, Paul Scheer, Nick Kroll, Ben Schwartz and Topanga herself, Danielle Fishel, were doing sitting around a table together, what would you guess? Well if the first thing that comes to mind is a table read of the script for the Michael Jordan classic Space Jam, you are both lying because that was definitely not your first guess but you are also right.
The group of athletes, comedians and actors got together Monday at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in Los Angeles for the table read. It was all part of a series called “The Live Read,” hosted by comedians Jensen Karp and Sean O’Connor, where a group gets together to read old scripts. The whole thing was filmed by Funny or Die and will be released in some form eventually, but eventually is not right now which is when we want to watch this thing. Fortunately there’s the above YouTube clip and, if that’s not enough, this Instagram clip in which Griffin shines as Jordan.
