That’s what we call a warm welcome! Guests at Hollywood photographer and former skater Tyler Shields‘ 32nd birthday party on Saturday, May 3, were met at the door by a dominatrix-style Rumer Willis—who whipped their backsides as they entered the fete.
Proud of her skimpy, figure-hugging costume, Willis posted a picture of herself via Instagram with the title “This is what happens when @thetylershields has a Birthday”.

The torch singer, 25, evidently enjoys making headlines with her risque outfits: Her panty-flashing cut-out skirt stole the show at Elle’s Women in Music celebration on Tuesday, April 22, while her sexy photo shoot with birthday-boy Shields in November—in which she wore nothing but her sexy underwear—was enough to make her famous parents, Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, blush.

Photographer Shields’ birthday bash, held at a private residence in Los Angeles, was “a Who’s Who of young Hollywood,” an insider tells Us Weekly. “The whole party was tuxedos and ball gowns, anyone not meeting the dress code was not allowed in.”
Celeb couple Twisted‘s Avan Jogia and Vampire Academy‘s Zoey Deutch, Amazing Spiderman’s Chris Zylka, American Horror Story’s Evan Peters, Hairspray’s Elijah Kelley and Teen Wolf’s Adalaide Kane were among the guests.
And Willis—declared “dominatrix of the house” by Shields—made sure that “everyone got spanked,” reveals the source. At least while her riding crop was still intact! “Rumer broke her whip over someone’s ass!” laughs the insider.
Despite the formal dress code it didn’t take long until Willis’ naughty influence caught on. “There was a champagne spraying contest, a man wearing a panda head dancing to Elvis and Elijah Kelley and Logan Huffman had a dance off,” says the insider. “It was the greatest party.”
