HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Leonardo DiCaprio’s Inception blew away the competition with a $60.4 million debut to finish No. 1 at the weekend box office, according to studio estimates released Sunday.
The Christopher Nolan film marked the biggest opening for DiCaprio, topping last winter’s Shelter Island.
