TAMPA, Fla. — Former Bachelor winner Mary Delgado is facing more legal trouble.
The 42-year-old reality star was arrested for DUI early Thursday morning in Tampa, Fla., according to ABC Action News.
Delgado reportedly refused a blood alcohol test on the misdemeanor charge and was released on a $500 bond.
This is Delgado’s third brush with the law in recent years. The former Tampa Bay Buccaneers cheerleader was arrested for public drunkenness at a Texas bar in 2008. She was also busted a year earlier for assaulting Bryon Velvick, the man who proposed to her on the ABC show’s sixth season in 2004.
Delgado and Velvick split last year.
