HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — She’s back!
Lindsay Lohan has returned to Twitter after being released this week from her court-ordered rehab at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.
"Clearly.. Paparazzi shouldn’t be allowed to take pictures or video while someone’s driving or at a stop light. 4every1’s sake," the 24-year-old actress wrote Thursday in her first post-freedom Tweet.
Lohan was discharged Tuesday after 22 days at the facility. She had been ordered to spend three months in rehab as part of her sentence for violating probation in a 2007 DUI case. She entered rehab on Aug. 2 after serving 14 days of a 90-day jail sentence stemming from the same case.
Last night, Lohan skipped the Los Angeles premiere of her new film Machete, but her return to the big screen was a big topic for the cast and crew on hand.
"Lindsay is so good in the movie, and I can’t wait for her to see it," Jessica Alba told People. "It’s awesome. She’s great. I’m very proud."
"I can’t wait for her to see it," added director Robert Rodriguez. "She’s awesome in the movie. She’s going to enjoy it a lot. … She can do anything she wants [in this business]."
