HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Kelly Preston is counting down the days until she welcomes a baby boy with husband John Travolta.
"It’s been very easy and so wonderful," the 47-year-old actress, who is due later this fall, tells People. "I’ve had no morning sickness and [the pregnancy] has gone by so quickly. I feel terrific."
The couple announced the pregnancy in May, more than a year after the tragic death of their 16-year-old son Jett, who died after suffering a seizure at the family’s vacation home in the Bahamas.
Travolta and Preston, who married in 1991, also have a 10-year-old daughter, Ella Bleu.
"John and I are completely ready. My daughter is very excited too," she says. "I can’t wait for the day to come."
