HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — The Glee cast is heading to Europe on a field trip.
On the heels of their sold-out U.S. tour in May, the stars of the hit Fox program will perform a series of concert dates next year in London, Manchester and Dublin, organizers said Friday.
Glee Live! In Concert! will include performances of some of the show’s most memorable musical numbers, including Jay-Z’s "Empire State of Mind," and Britney Spears’ "Toxic."
Glee stars Lea Michele (Rachel), Cory Monteith (Finn), Amber Riley (Mercedes), Chris Colfer (Kurt), Kevin McHale (Artie), Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina), Mark Salling (Puck), Dianna Agron (Quinn), Naya Rivera (Santana), Heather Morris (Brittany), Harry Shum, Jr. (Mike), Chord Overstreet (Sam) and Darren Criss (Blaine) are all confirmed for the tour.
Tickets for the shows, beginning June 22 at England’s MEN Arena, will go on sale on Nov. 26.
"We had so much fun on tour last year that we were all itching to do it again," said Monteith. "The fact that we’re going to Europe to perform for thousands of people is mind blowing. This show has been quite a ride."
