Beer heiress and international style icon Daphne Guinness wouldn’t be caught dead in workout clothes and tennis shoes – but apparently she doesn’t mind sharing her herpes cream with the world!

The day after gracing the stage of the Marie Claire Prix de la Moda Awards in Spain, the bizarre Brit was spotted arriving back at Heathrow airport in London, with her Kelly green Hermes Birkin alligator bag filled to the brim with various items – including cold sore medicine!
Guinness had multiple boxes of Zovirax, a prescription cream that is used to treat cold sores, fever blisters, genital herpes and other similar sores, popping out of her insanely expensive purse, along with a box of Night Nurse Liquid, a cold and flu sleep aid.
The heiress was dressed to the nines on Thursday night at the Madrid awards show, where she mingled with other style icons such as Tilda Swinton and Irina Shayk.
