HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman are in the final stages of officially ending their 5-year marriage.
The former lovers filed court papers Wednesday after finalizing their divorce settlement, allowing them to be legally single on April 15, TMZ reports.
The couple is said to have reached an agreement to share custody of their 3-year-old son, Max.
The settlement also calls for Aguilera to keep the couple’s home, where she currently lives with new boyfriend Matt Rutler.
Aguilera, 30, and Bratman, 33, announced their split in October. The pair wed in California’s Napa Valley in November 2005.
