Exes Rihanna and Chris Brown came face-to-face during CC Sabathia’s and Robinson Cano’s Summer Classic Charity Basketball Game at the Barclays Center in New York City Thursday. While RiRi was sitting courtside with a few gal pals like Cara Delevingne and Melissa Forde, her former assaulter boyfriend played hoops alongside other celebrities like Derek Jeter and Ne-Yo.
Most of the photos taken at the event consisted of the songstress avoiding eye contact with her ex — I mean, can you blame her? — while putting a good face for the cause.

Like his former flame, Brown certainly moved on as well. In his latest single “X,” which was released this week, the hip-hop singer croons about keeping his distance from a certain ex. Seeing how Brown recently reconciled with Karrueche Tran, we’re guessing the song isn’t about her.
“I think that it’s over,” Breezy repeats over and over on the track. “I swear to God I’m moving on!”
Oof. It’s just too bad that fate keeps bringing these two back together.
