Martha Stewart addressed the celebrity lifestyle guru’s in the September issue of Porter Magazine, and took a not-so-subtle swipe at Gwyneth Paltrow and her lifestyle site called Goop.
Stewart said, “She just needs to be quiet. She’s a movie star. If she were confident in her acting, she wouldn’t be trying to be Martha Stewart.”
Stewart appears to have some doubts that Blake Lively has the real passion to carry on the lifestyle website.
“I had the passion,” she explains. “Every entrepreneur talks about the passion you have for your work, and I think that’s what’s missing with a lot of women in business.”
Recently, Stewart said that comparing Lively to herself was “stupid” and that Lively should “be an actress” instead.
