By now, you’d think George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin would be tired of anything related to their fabulous wedding weekend, right?

Nope.

Because one wedding is not enough for the world to bid adieu to the most eligible bachelor — and we’ll take any opportunity to gawk at the gorgeous couple — Clooney and his new wife said “I Do” for the second time in three days.

The real reason for the second ceremony — held Monday at a Venice town hall with a much smaller group — is to make their nuptials official under Italian law.

That’s right, Clooney, 53, was actually still single on paper until this very morning.

According to PEOPLE, the couple made things official under the watch of former Rome mayor and pal Walter Veltroni, who also conducted the ceremony on Saturday. The actor’s boat driver served as a witness.

Following the civil festivities, Clooney and his new bride reportedly said it was “nice” and “amazing,” respectively, to be married to each other.

Alamuddin, 36, became the luckiest lady in the world this past weekend when she walked down the aisle at her star-studded wedding. Guests included the likes of Emily Blunt, John Krasinski, Matt Damon, Anna Wintour, Bill Murray, Bono and Cindy Crawford.

Clooney wore Armani.
