While in Chicago for the music festival, the Friday Night Lights alum hung out with Sophia Bush, who also rocked short jean cut-offs, at the Samsung Galaxy Artist Lounge. The Chicago P.D. star, 32, who went blonde in May but has slowly returned to her brunette roots, wore a retro Van Halen shirt, leather boots, and a sapphire cross-body bag.
