Actor James Franco was spotted laughing as he confronted a paparazzo at the Lana Del Rey concert at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Hollywood, California on Friday night (October 17, 2014).
While James may have thought the situation was funny, it looks like the photographer didn’t think so, because he filed charges with the LAPD claiming broken equipment and a minor back injury.
TMZ reports that police will investigate the altercation; Franco has yet to comment on the situation.
The actor was sporting a shaved head and a massive tattoo which he saved last month for his upcoming movie role in Zeroville.
