If lodging “zings” is an art, Michael Kors is the Michelangelo of crafting witty yet potent one-liners. Never was his craft so on display as during his tenure on the Project Runway panel. The designer could always be counted on to provide the voice of reason, if the voice of reason belonged to an accomplished veteran of the fashion community (and why shouldn’t it?). So while his runway designs and ready-to-wear pieces are worthy of daily celebration, we are paying homage to the birthday boy who turns 55 today with a send-up of his finest quotes. Michael, take it away!
