When she was still playing Serena van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl, we knew Blake Lively as the blonde goddess who was, perhaps, incapable of wearing the wrong thing – on the red carpet or otherwise. Still true. But now she’s coming into her own, making slow, careful decisions about the projects she wants to take on and the charities she wants to support. Blake’s only 27, and she’s already the face of Gucci Première fragrance, because she’s all about the label’s philanthropic practices. Plus, she’s spreading awareness about sex trafficking via the documentary miniseries A Path Appears; cultivating her taste on her newly launched ecommerce site, Preserve; and continuing to make movies. Oh, and she eats hot fudge sundaes with her husband, Ryan Reynolds, so there’s that.
Basically, Blake’s totally winning, and that’s just the vibe she’s giving off for her cover shoot.
