It’s a bohemian rhapsody for Taylor Swift!
The “Bad Blood” singer, 24, stepped out in London on Sept. 7, looking every bit the boho-chic rockstar. Walking through the streets of the British capital, Swift modeled a flowy black minidress with bell sleeves and lace patches by For Love & Lemons ($195, Revolveclothing.com), which she paired with an evergreen floppy hat and black leather booties. Most rare, she ditched her trademark black eyeliner and red lips for a minimal makeup look.

The ensemble is much different than the usual retro styles that the pop princess is usually spotted in on the NYC streets. When she’s out and about in Manhattan, often looking positively flawless when leaving the gym, Swift tends to don throwback looks—the below black and white two-piece, polka-dotted, A-line dress or breton top paired with red cat-eye sunnies, for example. She did maintain one street style staple, though: her blush pink Prada top handle tote.
Swift recently admitted to Us Weekly, “Because there are photographers outside my apartment every single day, I will sit and think and go, ‘Okay, well maybe I can do a pop of color with my bag.’ Or ‘maybe I wear those shoes too much, maybe I should wear a different kind of shoe.’” She added, “It’s not something I obsess over, because that would be weird, but it’s just for me about taking an extra 10 to 15 minutes in the morning and thinking out what my outfit is going to be.”

Although she’s made crop tops a summer staple, Swift is excited for fall fashion: “Fall is when I get real excited about fashion because you can do tweeds, pants come back into the whole rotation, and sweaters start happening.”
