As the parents to Alexander in Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day Steve Carell and Jennifer Garner brought their own family experiences to bear. We sat down with the duo in LA to find out how they solve their own kids’ less-than-great days and which moments from the movie felt ripped from their own families’ lives.
