Nick Gordon, the longtime boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina Brown, has reportedly checked into rehab following a taping withDr. Phil.
As Celebuzz previously reported, the 25-year-old sat down with Dr. Phil earlier this week for a TV interview. The one-on-one, which was supposedly about Gordon’s struggle to cope with his girlfriend’s hospitalization, turned out to an intervention organized by Gordon’s mother and Dr. Phil in hopes of convincing him to seek treatment for an alleged problem with drugs and alcohol.
According to reports, Gordon openly spoke about wanting to commit suicide if Brown doesn’t pull through during the interview.
Brown, the daughter of late singer Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, is currently under a medically induced coma at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Ga. She is under doctors’ care after she was found unresponsive in her bathtub on Jan. 31.
Recently, Gordon accused his girlfriend’s father of barring him from the hospital.
