Be still, our beating hearts!
The prettiest, most adorable pair on the red carpet right now… aren‘t even an actual couple! But that hasn’t stopped Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones, costars in the upcoming, already-Oscar-buzzed film, The Theory of Everything, from looking extremely cute—and super chic!—as they take over Hollywood.

Most recently, at the film’s Los Angeles premiere on Tuesday, Oct. 28, the actors, who have also mugged it as fashion models—he for Burberry, she for Dolce & Gabbana—looked especially glam in their evening attire (an Alexander McQueen suit and a Dior dress, respectively). But it was their obvious affection for each other, a true friendship, that made us swoon!
In fact, Jones, 31, even spoke with Us Weekly about how they got close (“lots of discussions and arguments and collaboration!”), and how they created their on-screen smooch. “There is a scene when [Hawking and his wife, Jane] actually first kiss, and you try something out. You think this is disastrous. This doesn’t work at all,” Jones revealed. But then, she added, “It’s always just [about] wanting to make the scene as good as possible.”
And it worked! When the Academy hosted a screening and chat about their Stephen Hawking biopic on Oct. 21, in NYC, Jones (in a vintage Chanel blouse) and Redmayne, 32, (who’s engaged to be married to his publicist girlfriend, Hannah Bagshawe) were spotted smiling and giggling together throughout.

Again, at Theory‘s New York premiere on Oct. 20, the British actors, who have a lovely habit of not coordinating their looks, yet looking stunning together nonetheless, stood arm-in-arm for a series of sweet shots. (Here, the gentleman wore a velvet Gucci suit, while the lady arrived in a peekaboo lace dress by Elie Saab.)
Back on Sept. 7, when Redmayne and Jones first debuted their film at the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival, the adorable non-couple appeared thrilled to see each other, not to mention smashing! The Les Miserables actor hit the step-and-repeat in a standout teal suit from Burberry Prorsum, and the Like Crazy actress joined him in a creamsicle Balenciaga column dress.

One more non-carpet look! Redmayne and his leading lady stepped out to the InStyle and HFPA’s annual TIFF bash on Sept. 6, and they looked every bit the ‘50s couple en route to a drive-in movie date night. His suit, coupled with her Armani Prive dress, complete with dotted, netted cap sleeves, were just the sweetest pairing.
