Today is a fairy tale for Taylor Swift, because she’s dressed up as a cross between a unicorn and a pegasus!
Pop’s resident lover of all things whimsical hit Z100’s studios at the Empire State Building on Oct. 31, dressed up as a winged unicorn—complete with ears, a swirling horn, a tail, and big white wings—getting her Halloween on bright and early.

“Cause, darling I’m a nightmare dressed like a PEGACORN. #HappyHalloween!” Swift, 24, captioned a very cute elevator costume shot before entering the studios. (For those who haven’t memorized her latest album, 1989, yet, the caption is a play on the lyrics of her latest single, “Blank Space,” which has her singing, “But you’ll come back each time you leave, ’cause, darling, I’m a nightmare dressed like a daydream.”)

Though Swift’s always adorable, she’s been particularly busy this week! New York’s freshly minted Global Welcome Ambassador dropped 1989 this past Monday and has been promoting her first official pop album nonstop ever since.

And if we’’e honest, she didn’t start costuming on Oct. 31! The day before, Swift donned a majorette costume for a Times Square takeover, broadcast on Good Morning America. Thousands of fans showed up, making up just some of the projected 1.2 million people who picked up her latest effort this week.
