A lot of memorable moments occurred on Sunday night’s finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but none were as special or as emotional as when Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to daughter Penelope Scotland Disick.
Cameras were on hand to capture every step of the way, from Kourtney’s first contractions to son Mason’s first introduction to his little sister.
However, the best moment came during the birth, when Kourtney actually helped doctors pull Penelope out in the final stage of delivery.
“Kourtney just loves pulling out her own children,” quipped sister Khloe Kardashian, after the birth. “She decides to pull Nelly out, as well.”
“Go for it, sister. Do your thing.”
Indeed.

Penelope Scotland was born Sunday, July 8, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, weighing 7 pounds, 14 ounces.
