Always one to take a fashion risk, Julianne Moore stood out in her chartreuse long-sleeved Dior gown at the 2012 Emmys.
The actress, 51, opted for a risky yellow-green gown with simple straight locks and bold rep lipstick.

Moore, nominated for her depiction of Sarah Palin in HBO’s Game Change, looked stunning among a sea of neutral dresses.
Moore told the L.A. Times “to play a historical figure is one thing. To play a living historical figure deepens the challenge. But to play a culturally significant, very prominent, living figure, that kind of put it over the top.”
Her performance as the former Vice Presidential candidate was spot-on and garnered her an Emmy nomination for Best Actress in a miniseries or TV movie.
