Waterhouse was recently spotted with boyfriend Bradley Cooper earlier this month in New York following the opening night of his play “The Elephant Man” on Dec. 7. She also attended the “American Sniper” premiere after-party on Dec. 15, posing alongside Cooper’s co-star Sienna Miller.
