Bare legs. Open-toed shoes. Sleeve-free dressing. All these things were spotted at New York Fashion Week, which happened to take place in a city with record-setting cold temperatures. That’s right: stars didn’t let a Polar Vortex get in the way of fashion. They didn’t post screenshots of their weather apps to Instagram. And they certainly didn’t dress for the weather.
