After five-and-a-half years together as a couple, Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou have announced that they’re separating.
Simmons announced the break-up on her Twitter saying, “There have been quite a few hurtful rumors circulating. The truth is Djimon+I have been separated for some time.”
The mommy mogul added that there’s no drama between the two of them.
“We have remained happy, loving, co-parenting friends+family. We all have much to be thankful for.”
While the two never tied the knot, they did have a child together.
The actor’s rep confirmed the news to Celebuzz and said that they will remain co-parents to their son, Kenzo Lee Hounsou, 3.
