There’s no shaking it off: 2015 has been nothing but fun for Taylor Swift. After wrapping up 2014 by headlining the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and dominating the world with her album 1989, Taylor has spent the new year singing her heart out and celebrating what’s most important – her friends.
Taylor’s latest announcement means she has some big (but undeniably chic) shoes to fill. The “Style” singer broke the news on Instagram that she will be godmother to her close friend Jaime King’s second child, who will be born later this year. We can only imagine the sage style advice and adorable outfits Taylor will provide for the little one. And Jaime isn’t the only one convinced Taylor is an amazing role model; we’re constantly inspired by Taylor’s smarts and sartorial prowess. From the stunning looks in her “Blank Space” music video to her funny fashion statements and girlie street style, we have yet to spot Taylor out in a bad outfit. But no matter what she wears, there is one chic accessory she never leaves behind: her fashion-savvy best friends.
