Since Season 1, MTV’s Jersey Shore cast has made hooking up one of its running themes. They’ve even added several words to describe it to the American lexicon. “DTF” and “smush,” for example.
So it’s not a surprise that when things go awry, the castmembers turn to one of their favorite things for comfort. We just watched as Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino labored under the decision to break up with Shore girlfriend Paula. His hope?
“I definitely wanna break up with Paula in a smooth and easy way because I’d like to still hit it,” Mike said. “’Listen girl, it’s not me. It’s you. Can I still hit it?’”
On the next episode, a pregnant Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi seems to be down again. She’s been feeling disconnected from the crew, but it might also be affecting her relationship with fiancé and baby daddy, Jionni Lavalle.
In Celebuzz’s exclusive preview, the little couple’s date night isn’t going very well. But, Snooki finds the bright side of things.
Also on Thursday’s new episode at 10 PM, the crew throws Snooki a “Shore Shower” and also run into an old frenemy… former castmember Angelina Pivarnick… Of course. Would she let the show end without extending her 15 minutes of fame a bit longer?
