Lindsay Lohan‘s legal woes have only just begun.
After being arrested early Thursday morning for allegedly assaulting a woman in a New York City club, the Santa Monica City Attorney charged Lohan with three more crimes in connection with her car accident last June, according to TMZ. After crashing her Porsche into a big rig, she allegedly lied to the police, telling them she was the passenger in the car when in fact she was the driver.
The troubled starlet faces charges of giving false information to a police officer, obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty and reckless driving. If convicted of all three crimes, Lohan could face up to 21 months behind bars.
Given her prior offenses and probation status, when Lohan is arraigned in Los Angeles, Calif., the judge could revoke her probation. And her recent NYC brawl isn’t helping her case.
The fight broke out at Avenue, a club in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood, after Lohan and got into an argument with fellow female patron Tiffany Eve Mitchell.
Lohan and Mitchell got into a sparring match after the star allegedly said something along the lines of “Give me space.” After some time passed, police reported things turned physical, with Lohan punching Mitchell on the left side of her face.
