It’s always surprising to see what celebs post on Instagram — from unveiling new hair changes to enviable vactaion pics. And sometimes they get really candid like Lady Gaga, Calvin Harris and Miley Cyrus all proved in the past 48 hours.

First up, Lady Gaga who showed off her engagement ring, major cleavage and her juice syringe in an Instagram post, captioning the shot, “Most fun juice box ever. Playing doctor.” In a second (more explanatory) post, she explained that it’s just a Kreation “Beautify” shot with green tea and active silicon.
Calvin Harris must know his fans are eager for some new Emporio Armani ads, so the DJ shared a sneak peek to hold everyone over. In a shirtless selfie he explained the tricks to his washboard abs is sticking to a gym routine, avoiding alcohol, eating well, sleeping enough and using a “mad little” ab roller. Sounds like the exact opposite of what we would imagine happens on a DJ’s tour, so we have to give major props to the star.

And finally, a TMI roundup would not be complete without Miley Cyrus‘s very revealing snaps. This time, she’s baring all — all of her teeth that is. If you thought she would share her wisdom teeth woes with pics of sorbet and pints of ice cream like the rest of us, that’s most definitely not her style. She shared an X-ray captioning it “Ya wanna see my whaaaaaaaaaaaa?!?! Yaaaaaa yaaaaaa grillll yaaaaaa yeaaaaaaa yeaaaaaa grillllllll ” And just in case that wasn’t clear enough, she shared an up-close shot, and a reenactment of the scene in the doctor’s office.
