Quacking for a beautiful cause!
Standing up for people with cleft palates everywhere, Mia Robertson, one of the littlest (and cutest) members of the Duck Dynasty family, who also has a cleft palate, is raising money for her family’s Mia Moo Fund by selling necklaces reading, “Be brave and keep going.”

The hashtag (#BeBraveAndKeepGoing) and the necklaces (which come in silver and gold, and retail for $16 on MissyRobertson.com) have been timed to the 11-year-old’s latest surgery on Friday, March 27, one of six she’s had to attempt to correct the condition.

Though Robertson is in for a challenging recovery, her dad, Jase, told Us Weekly that she knows her daughter will make it through. “I really just feel like God gives, with his special challenges, an extra measure of character,” she said. “[Mia] has really been an inspiration, not just to my family, but to everyone who comes in contact with her. She has an incredible smile and a real joy.”

And it’s a joy she wants to continue to share with others! One hundred percent of the proceeds from the necklaces will benefit the Mia Moo Fund; the necklaces are currently sold out due to popular demand, but will be restocked by next week, the fund’s team told Us.
