Since losing 80 pounds, Jennifer Hudson has slimmed down to a size four and maintained a healthier lifestyle — but there’s one indulgence she hasn’t been able to drop.
“You have what you’re craving. Chocolate is what I love — I have it every day,” the Weight Watchers spokesperson said in the January issue of Lucky.
Hudson — who began dieting during her days on American Idol — has embraced a more nutritious palate, even recruiting several family members to join her on the Weight Watchers plan. All in all, Hudson’s relatives have lost a total of 2,000 pounds!
“It’s great because before we eat — say, before a holiday or a big family reunion — lots of us are saying, how many points is this, how many points is that, so we’re together on it,” she said.
