The boys from One Direction really do love their ink.
Prior to hitting the stage on Friday for Z100’s annual Jingle Ball, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik called on tattoo extraordinaire John Bahel for some fresh ink.
“I usually don’t make house calls but made an exception for #onedirection #zaynmalik #louistomlinson,” Bahel wrote on Twitter, along with a photo of the boys getting their new tats.
Tomlinson, who already has a growing collection of ink that includes a flock of birds and a stick man, had Bahel work on his right forearm, while his band mate paid tribute to Madison Square Garden by getting the letters “MSG,” also on his right forearm.
On Friday, Tomlinson and Malik joined Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Taylor Swift’s rumored boyfriend Harry Styles on stage for the 2012 Jingle Ball at MSG, where they belted out their hits “What Makes You Beautiful,” “Live While We’re Young” and “Little Things.”
The boys are gearing up for their second headlining world tour, scheduled to kick off Feb. 23 in London, England. The 100-plus show tour will take the band to countries including Ireland, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Australia, the U.S. and Canada.
